X52DF-P-1.0
Fuel flexibility for LPG and ammonia carriers
X-DF-P engines deliver optionality allowing to LPG/ammonia carrier operators to harmonise their choice of trade with their use of fuel.
Based on the same platform and injection concept as the X-DF-A ammonia-fuelled engine, the X-DF-P can be installed ready to use LPG, then be prepared to run on ammonia with only a minor modification.
The X52DF-P-1.0 has a bore size of 520mm and is available in five- to eight-cylinder configurations. It delivers a power range from 5,100 to 14,480kW at 79-105 rpm.
